Flow Experiences was founded by professional windsurfer Florian Jung, driven by a passion for the ocean, meaningful adventures, and the desire to share the beauty of windsurfing with others. What started as a vision to create something beyond traditional coaching camps has grown into a platform for personal growth, connection, and unforgettable travel experiences.
A few years later, Nick Spangenberg joined the project: bringing fresh energy, creativity, and a deep passion for wave sailing. Together, Flo and Nick combine years of international experience on the World Tour with a modern approach to coaching and community.
Their mission is simple: to help others experience that unique state of flow, where wind, waves, and mindset come together perfectly. With professional coaching, authentic adventure, and a welcoming atmosphere, every Flow Experience becomes more than a trip: It’s a journey that stays with you long after you leave the water.

I´m Flo, a professional windsurfer, ocean adventurer, and coach.
For me, windsurfing has always been more than just competition. It´s a way to explore, to connect with nature, and feel alive.
Over the past two decades, I’ve travelled the world in search of the best waves and wind. From Cape Town to Maui, I’ve learned that the true essence of windsurfing lies in the balance between power and flow - both on the water and in life.
I founded Flow Experiences to share that philosophy. My goal has always been to create spaces where people can grow, find confidence, and experience what it really means to live in harmony with the ocean. Through coaching, storytelling, and adventure, I want to inspire others to follow their passion — and protect the playground that gives us so much in return.
Hey, I´m Nick, a professional windsurfer from Germany with a deep passion for the ocean. I´ve been in sports from early on. Studied sport science and coached different teams on a high level.
Over the past years, I’ve been competing internationally, chasing wind and waves all over the world. Every trip has taught me something new - about the ocean, about people, and about myself.
When I joined Flow Experiences, it felt like a perfect match. I love combining professional coaching with creative storytelling, bringing people together who share the same passion and drive. My goal is to help others progress, find their own flow, and experience the same energy that keeps me inspired every single day.
